Ola Making Big Move in Ai, Company Announs Krutrim Ai Lab

Ola, which provides cab service through electric two-wheelers and apps, plans to make a big investment in Artificial Intelligence (AI). The company has announced to start Krutrim AI Lab on Tuesday. This lab will be the base of the upcoming models of Ola Krutrim.

Chairman of Ola, Bhavish Aggarwal has a social media platform x Post I have informed to start this AI lab. He informed that the company is working on AI innovations. Aggarwal has also displayed the achievements of Krutrim in the previous year. Along with this, Ola has also released new open-sources AI models. Aggarwal informed that an investment of Rs 2,000 crore will be done in Krutrim. By next year, there is a plan to increase this investment to Rs 10,000 crore. Aggarwal said, “Our plan is to develop AI for the country.”

Ola is also contributing in Mahakumbh held in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. About 40 crore people are expected to reach Mahakumbh. Ola has also launched the Kumbh Sah’ai’yak app to offer technology mobility solutions in this huge religious program. This app acts as a navigation and information platform. It has provided information about the history and attractions of Kumbh Mela. This app is available in many Indian languages.

In this, measures have also been integrated to ensure data security and prevent wrong information from spreading. Additionally, Ola Consumer has also offered services such as electric vehicle (EV) shuttle, affordable cab rental as well as separate transit options on the airport and railway stations to make the journey easier in Prayagraj. Electric scooters of Ola Electric have increased sales in January. In January, the company again secured a leading position in this segment with 22,656 registrations. At the end of last year, Ola Electric also increased its sales and service networks. The company’s electric motorcycles will also be started soon. Recently Ola also launched new electric scooters.
