The ‘Alert Zone’ has been declared after the entry of Bird Flu (Avian Influenza H5N1) as Mangli village in Chandrapur in Maharashtra and nearby. Officials say that action will be taken to kill infected chickens. Along with this, other precautionary steps are also being taken.
