Security forces conducted a joint operation on Wednesday in an area of Uri sector in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. During the search, weapons were wrapped in a blanket in a hollow cedar tree in Anganpathri in Boniyar area.
Security forces recovered three AK-47, 11 magazines, 292 rounds (bullets), one under barrel grenade launcher (UBGL), 9 UBGL grenade and 2 hand grenades. The Indian Army and the Jammu and Kashmir Police busted the terrorist hideout on the basis of intelligence input.
