The situation in Bangladesh is not taking the name of improving. The historic residence of the country’s founder Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was burnt by protesters late on Wednesday night. On this, the deputed Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has reacted and cited the Pakistani Army.

Sheikh Hasina, a Bangladesh’s outstanding Prime Minister and daughter of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, said that Dhanmandi 32 residence in Dhaka was a sign of our Father of the nation. From this residence, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman played the bugle of independence.

PM Sheikh Hasina said that the Pakistani army arrested him (Sheikh Mujibur Rahman) from this house. But the Pakistani army neither collapsed this house nor set it on fire. It did not even touch it. When Sheikh Mujibur Rahman returned to Bangladesh, he established the foundation of the country from this house.

Sheikh Hasina said that after becoming President, she never shifted to the Presidential Palace nor stayed in the Prime Minister’s residence. In this house, he was murdered with my whole family.

Let me tell you that earlier, Sheikh Hasina while addressing the party reporters through Facebook Live said that if Allah has kept me alive despite these attacks, then some work will have to be done. If this did not happen, how would I beat death so many times?

Sheikh Hasina said that the movement started in Bangladesh against her is actually for her murder. Mohammed Yunus had planned to kill me and my sister.

In his address, he questioned the attack on his residence and said why set the house on fire? I ask for justice from the people of Bangladesh. Did I not do anything for my country? So why so much insult?

Expressing grief over this attack, Hasina said that the memories left of me and my sister have been erased now. The house can be burnt but history cannot be erased.

Please tell that there were fierce demonstrations in Bangladesh on Wednesday midnight. The protesters set the residence of Bangladesh Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmandi-32. His house was demolished with bulldozers.

Former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said in her address that she still does not have enough strength to destroy the national flag, the constitution and the freedom from bulldozers, which we have achieved at the cost of the lives of millions of martyrs. They can demolish the house, but not history. They should also remember that history takes its revenge. Bulldozers do not erase history.
