Who is Mohini Mohan Dutta?
Mohini Mohan Dutta met Ratan Tata for the first time in the early 1960s at the dealers hostel in Jamshedpur. At that time, Ratan Tata was 24 years old and was looking for his way in the vast empire of his family. That meeting changed the direction of Dutta’s life. He was considered very close to Ratan Tata.

At the same time, some reports said that Dutta was not just a colleague, but he calls himself the adopted son of Ratan Tata. However, the will and the codesil given with him clearly stated that Ratan Tata never married nor adopted the children legally.

Dutta’s relationship with Tata Family extends far ahead of business. His daughter worked with Tata Trusts for nearly a decade after starting her career at Taj Hotels. What will Dutta family get
Despite his deep relations, Dutta has expressed dissatisfaction over the will. According to the will, he is entitled to receive one -third of the remaining Tata’s remaining assets, including more than Rs 350 crore bank deposit, painting and auction of private things like watches.

The remaining two -thirds of Ratan Tata’s Sauenji sisters Shirin Jeejibhoy and Deenna Jejibhoy, who are one of the Tata Trust’s trustee Darius Khambata and Mehli Mistry. The report said that Dutta hopes that the price of his legacy will be ₹ 650 crore.

Noel Tata does not have a name!
Tata’s half -brother Noel Tata and his children are not clearly named in will, while Jimmy Tata is going to get ₹ 50 crore. The will is yet to be certified in the Bombay High Court.
