Who will affect the new immigration rules
The new Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulation announced by IRCC has been implemented from January 31, 2025 (Friday) and has also been published in Canada Gazette II. Canada’s new immigration rules will affect people who have acquired Electronic Travel Authorization (ETAS), Work Permit, Study Permit and Temporary Resident Visa (TRV). These include the most people of Indian community.
What will be the basis of cancellation of visa
The new immigration rules implemented in Canada give the immigration officers the right to cancel temporary resident documents under certain circumstances. Under the new rules, if the information given by a person is found wrong or any criminal history of that person is found, then the person’s visa can be canceled.
At the same time, if the officer is not satisfied that no person will leave the country even after his fixed period. In such a situation, the visa of that person can be canceled. Apart from this, if the documents of a person are stolen, stolen or somehow are destroyed or a person dies and some kind of administrative mistake is also found in a document, then in such cases Visa can also be canceled.
