Who complained against Rahul Gandhi
Rahul Gandhi has been summoned in a defamation case by making derogatory remarks on the Indian Army. Former director of Border Road Organization, Uday Shankar Srivastava has filed a complaint against Rahul Gandhi in the court. A complaint has been lodged on Rahul Gandhi’s comment on the Indian Army during the India Jito Yatra on 16 December 2022.
According to the complaint, Rahul Gandhi told reporters, “Nobody asks anything about the beating of Indian soldiers by Chinese soldiers on 9 December 2022”.

On 12 December 2022, the Indian Army denied Rahul Gandhi’s statement. The army made an official statement that, ‘The Chinese Army had illegally entered Arunachal, which the Indian Army responded to and the Chinese army went back.’
