A day after the fierce debate between American President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President at the Oval Office on Friday, Russia’s Foreign Ministry termed Valodimir Jailonsky’s visit to Washington’s Washington as ‘fully diplomatic failure of Kiev’.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova said in a statement published on the website of the ministry on Saturday, “On February 28, Kiev rule’s Washington Yatra was completely political and diplomatic failure.”
‘Jilensky is the biggest threat to global community’
Jakharova said that Jailonski is’ suffering from the fad to prolong the war and Moscow’s goals still remain ‘Demilitarization of Ukraine and the official acquisition of all areas occupied by Russia’.
He also claimed that, ‘Jailonski’s rude and indecent behavior in Washington proved that it is the biggest threat to the global community, as he is an irresponsible instigation of a major war.’

Jakharova further said that the sooner Kiev and some European countries understand this truth, the sooner the peaceful solution to the Ukrainian crisis will be possible. ‘ Former Russian President Dimitri Medvedev described the development as ‘a tough rebuke of Jailonski in the Oval Office’.
Medvedev wrote on social media, ‘Trump told the truth to this Joker (Jailonski) that Kieve regime is playing with the third world war. This is necessary but not enough. We have to stop the military assistance given to Ukraine immediately.
