Neet aspirant suicide: A 19 -year -old girl from Tindivanam in Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu allegedly committed suicide for fear of not doing well in the upcoming NEET examination. The girl, who hails from Thadapapuram village near Tindivanam, completed her 12th from the Government Higher Secondary School in the same village with good marks.
She also took NEET coaching from a private institute in Puducherry and took the exam by scoring 350 marks last year, but unfortunately she could not succeed. This year she was preparing for the exam again and recently she had made her OBC certificate, which she submitted with the application for the examination. The day he took this deadly step, on that day his parents and brothers went to the fields for farming work and she was left alone.
Daughter was hanging from the fan
When he returned in the evening, he saw that the girl was hanging from the fan. The family was in shock and could not understand what to do. The police of the nearby Velimedu Pettai police station were informed and they reached the spot at around 11 pm. Police took the body in possession and sent it to Villupuram Government Medical College Hospital for postmortem. At present, the death of the student is under investigation. Tindivanam police have registered a case and are investigating the case.
What did father say?
The father of the deceased girl said that he was in a can. On returning home, we came to know that our daughter has committed suicide. He has committed suicide for fear of NEET examination.
