Entry in IPL in 2019
Varun Chakraborty was included in his team by Kings XI Punjab in 2019, however, after not getting success in the initial matches, Kolkata Knight Riders expressed confidence in him in 2020. Here he proved his capacity with 17 wickets and thus he was selected in the Indian team.
