Speaking in the Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh, CM Yogi Adityanath mentioned Mahakumbh. Giving an example of strong law and order, he said that 33 crore women came to Mahakumbh, but not a single incident of tampering occurred. A total of 67 crore devotees came to Kumbh but not a single crime incident occurred.
At the same time, while targeting the Samajwadi Party, CM Yogi said- “You (Samajwadi Party) play with the faith of India. You said that our thinking is communal but you tell us how we can be communal? We all talk about development … 45 days of organizing (Mahakumbh) has left a unique impression of India, not only India’s legacy and development, not only India.”
