Shibani said- I wanted to make a genre web series crime drama. I saw many stories in the country and the world. I found this story in Thane in Mumbai. The seller of ordinary box. We see women living normal life. But how can she deal with the mafia gang, I liked this idea very much. We had never seen this, then we make thought. I lay down the characters. Women from different classes came together. The story was quite interesting.

How Shabana was cast in the series?
Shabana said on her casting- My daughter-in-law pulled my ears and asked me to work in this web series. Shibani said- Mother-in-law Shabana was the one who easily agreed to work in this web series. I always wanted to work with them. The rest of the cast was quite exciting. Everyone was invested in this story. Every cast member gets credited, who also agreed to do this web series.
Jyotika- All extra-ordinary women became part of this cast. I played the role of Varuna, so that I also keep in relation to real life. After marriage, he took home and then returned to work. Every woman of the cast relate to its story. I was happy about playing this character.
Why could Shabana not refuse to do ‘Dabba Cartel’?
The actress said- I thought that the role of Ba will be very different for me. I realized that when the power comes to you, it calms you. For me, this character was quite simple at a level. I made a lot of preparations and did it. When I came to this character, I did not know about it. Me and Shibani talk a lot. Our thinking is very much, if we talk about content. When I told me about this character, I was very excited to play it.

Shibani said- Web series is completely based on women. Web series on women and drama in it, I wanted both these things, due to which I did this co-creature. We wanted to bring a cast that never appeared before today. Is excellent in work. When the story idea was told to all these, no one refused to do it. Everyone was invested in this project. Through this web series, I and Shabana spent a lot of time together.
Jyotika said- It was quite different and new for me to do such a story. This was my first web series. If I talk about the character, then there were many layers in it. Because I have been shown a woman of a big house in this series, I wanted her problems to be shown too.
OTT is the king
Shabana said- OTT has opened a lot of avenues for actors. This platform suggests that the contest is the king. No box office pressure on OTT. There is no need for opening here. You can see anything anywhere on OTT. I think the writers and producers are getting powerful to create something different and new content for it. My age is working for actresses. We are getting many characters that we can play. We are getting to see the new talent on it. Women are getting platforms to direct.
