CBSE Board Exam 2025 Important Notice: CBSE has given a gift of Holi to the students preparing for the board examination. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced to organize a special exam for those students who were worrying about the examination on March 15 due to Holi festival.

Actually, on March 15, CBSE 12th Board Hindi (core and voluntary) examination is scheduled. However, the concerns of some students and parents about this date have come to light as the festival of Holi will be celebrated on 14 March in some parts of the country, while in some areas this festival will continue till 15 March.

Keeping this concern of the students, CBSE has taken a special decision. The board has clarified that the examination will be held on its due date, ie 15 March 2025, but students who will have difficulty in joining it due to Holi will be given another chance. Such students will be able to appear in the special examination later.

According to the board’s policy, a special examination is conducted every year for students participating in national or international level sports competitions. Now those students will also be able to appear in this special examination, who will not be able to take the exam on March 15 due to Holi. CBSE has instructed all schools to convey the information of this decision to the students of class 12, so that they can take decisions as per their convenience.

Relief to students and parents
This decision will provide relief to those students and parents who were confused between the festival of Holi and the examination. How will they prepare the exam during Holi. Parents will also get relief from this decision of CBSE. Many parents were worried that due to the examination, their children could be diverted between studies and festivals. Now they have the option that if they seem necessary, they can sit their children in special examination instead of the main examination. Students are advised to keep an eye on the official website for more information related to the board examination.
