These four scientists were to replace Sunita Williams, Buch Wilmore and their other two comrades in the ISS, but the launch had to be launched just an hour ago with a rocket’s ground support clamp arm in the hydraulic system, technical flaw and launch had to be postponed. After this, there was a window on March 13, but till then the technical problem could not be cured. Now on March 14, there is another window at 7 pm, but the rocket is launched in this window, it is not 100%.

If any of these three winds had left the Falcon-9 Earth on any day, Sunita and her companions would have been on the earth till 19 March, but now after losing this good opportunity, these astronauts can return to the earth for a long time again. In fact, by March 14, the weather was likely to be up to 95% of the season for rocket launching, but gradually the chances of adverse conditions will increase. After March 16, there are estimated to have adverse conditions from 50 to 60%. In such a situation, NASA cannot take the risk of bringing these astronauts back under difficult conditions.

Hope for launching today still alive
NASA still hopes that on March 14, he will launch his crew-10 mission. If this happens, Falcon-9 will reach ISS on 15 March.
