London. The poor condition of Pakistan cricketers has become a problem for them. Cursing India in the Champions Trophy and making a wrong statement on its victory has been heavy on all the players associated with the Pakistan Cricket Board. Top cricketers of Pakistan like Nasim Shah, Saim Ayub and Shadab Khan found no buyers in The Hundred League draft. 50 Pakistan cricketers named. The names of 45 male and five female cricketers of Pakistan were in the draft.

Naseem and Shadab were in the top category with a price of 120000 pounds while Ayub was in the 78500 pound category. Among women cricketers were the names of players like Alia Riyaz, Fatima Sana, Yusra Aamir, Iram Javed and Javaria Rauf who did not find any buyers. The owners of the Indian Premier League can be a reason for buying a share in The Hundred teams.

Currently, four IPL teams Mumbai Indians (Oval Engineeals), Lucknow Super Giants (Manchester Originals), Sunrisers Hyderabad (Northern Super Charges) and Delhi Capitals (Southern Brave) have stake in The Handred teams. Apart from these, Indian -origin American entrepreneur Sanjay Govil has taken 50 percent share in Welsh Fire. Apart from this, Pakistani cricketers are also the reason for not purchasing poor forms in limited overs format.

This will be the first season of ‘The Hundred’ when the franchise’s stake in England’s leading T20 League has been sold. In which four franchisees are now at some extent or completely in the ownership of the IPL franchise. It is worth noting that the Indian franchisees who hold teams in South Africa, UAE and America have rarely chosen a Pakistani player and already worried that the same could happen in ‘The Hundred’.

ECB Chief Executive Richard Guld had earlier assured that the impact of IPL franchise in ‘The Hundred’ would not limit the participation of Pakistani players. Significantly, Pakistani players participated in the first season of IPL in 2008, but since the 2009 terror attacks, no player of the country has been able to participate in the world’s most popular T20 league.
