The opposition should also have been given a chance to speak, because the opposition also has feelings towards it and if we speak, they should not have any objection. As soon as PM Modi ended his address on Mahakumbh, the opposition MPs went to Vel and started creating a ruckus and started demanding questions. After which Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said that it has been clearly stated in Rule 372 that the Prime Minister or any minister can give a statement without taking any question in the House, but no question can be asked in the House at that time.
