In Kanpur, a young man cleverly implicated a cyber thug in his move and recovered Rs 10,000 from him. The thug called himself a CBI officer and called Bhupendra and demanded Rs 16,000 to close the case, accusing him of watching pornographic videos. But Bhupendra, showing vigilance and understanding, trapped the thug in his web and transferred Rs 10,000 to his account with different excuses.
In a recently organized program, DGP Prashant Kumar and Minister of Uttar Pradesh Government Asim Arun honored Bhupendra for this bold step. Apart from this, the cybercrime team will soon release a video, showing how Bhupendra implicated the thug in his own move.
In this sequence, Police Commissioner Akhil Kumar and Additional CP Harish Chander also met Bhupendra. Both senior officials interacted with Bhupendra and tried to understand how he beat the cyber thug. This initiative of Bhupendra was highly appreciated.
