A case was also registered against the sarpanch and the school administration. After this action, the development works of the village were stopped. The villagers had demanded the officials to solve this problem.

After this, members of the Gram Panchayat chose Rukseena, a panchayat member of Ward-4 as a caretaker sarpanch. However, he showed no interest in getting development work done. This led to anger among the panchayat members. During the tenure of about 1 year, the panchayat members dissatisfied the work and removed Rukseena by bringing a no -confidence motion.
15 panchayat members in the village, 10 expressed confidence in Nisha Block Development and Panchayat Officer of Punhana Shamsher Singh said that after this, the post of sarpanch was lying vacant for 1 month. There are 15 members in the Gram Panchayat. A panchayat member has resigned, followed by a total of 14 punch. On Wednesday, 10 panches gave their support to Nisha, a member of ward number-8, in the election of caretaker sarpanch. After this Nisha was selected as acting sarpanch.

Only one Hindu female member in 14 members Mewat is a Muslim dominated region. About 70 percent of the Muslims here are 30 percent of the Hindu population. The total votes in the village Sirauli are 3,500, of which Hindu votes are only 250. In this, Panch was made during Nisha Panchayat elections from Ward-8.
