The actors known for patriotic films were allegedly suffering from serious illness for a long time. He breathed his last at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital this morning. He is also known as ‘Bharat Kumar’. Many big leaders including Prime Minister Modi have given their reaction on the death of the superstar.

PM Modi expressed his grief and wrote, “I felt very sad to know that veteran actor and filmmaker Mr. Manoj Kumar ji died in Mumbai at the age of 87. He was a prestigious personality of Indian cinema, who was especially known for his patriotic films. His works will awaken the spirit of national pride and will inspire my families and my senses.
