In the case of suicide of a woman and her two children in Noida, adjacent to Delhi, the police have arrested the accused husband and her sister -in -law. The police have revealed that the victim committed suicide with the children, disturbed by the illicit relationship between her husband and her sister -in -law. The accused have been identified as Rajkumar (35) and Savitri (35).
A police officer said that the incident happened on Friday. Aarti (32), her 6 -year -old daughter and 4 -year -old son were found hanging from the railing on the roof of her house in Habatpur area under the boundary of Bisarkh police station in Noida. Seeing this, the family took him to a private hospital, where doctors declared him dead. After this, the police was informed.
During the investigation, the police found that the deceased woman Aarti married Rajkumar (35) in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh in 2012. This was his second marriage. The accused had an illicit relationship with his sister -in -law. When the victim came to know about this, the accused used to beat her on small things. Aarti was running a house for the tenants living in her house.
On Thursday, Aarti saw her husband in an objectionable position with Savitri. When she talked to her husband about this, she started beating her. Not only this, he told the victim to commit suicide with her children. Troubled by such a situation, Aarti took her children to the roof. Hanged with a dupatta from the railing there.
Based on the tahrir of the maternal uncle of the deceased woman, the police have registered an FIR against Rajkumar and Savitri under Section 85 (cruelty with the woman by a relative of the husband or husband) and section 108 (abolition of suicide). Both have been arrested. Further investigation is being done in this matter.
