Bhavish Aggarwal wrote in the email that he is looking at the attendance and is very disappointed. He said that this is very shocking. Everyone has the basic self-respect to not cause harm to the company by not coming to the office. This is like hurting the honor of those employees who work honestly for the company and come to office every day. The company does not have any work from home (WFH) policy unless there is a compelling reason.

Bhavish Aggarwal expressed disappointment after checking the attendance data. They even warned the employees that HR will talk to those employees who are absent from the office without any valid reason! He also cited the excuses given by employees for their absence, which included complaints about the company’s facial recognition system. Some people claimed that it was giving wrong data. Aggarwal rejected such claims.

He said that employees should come to work regularly and do good work and contribute honestly to the company’s mission. However, his warning email is going viral on social media. People are making different types of comments on this, in which some are calling his action right and some are calling him strict in nature.
