A dreadful case of illegal relations and murder has come to light in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh. Where a young man shot and killed his real uncle, because he had an illicit relationship with uncle’s wife for five years and now the uncle was aware of this.
Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) of Bijnor Sanjeev Vajpayee said that the murder was the result of the illicit relationship of the deceased’s wife and her nephew and the murder was carried out by the accused nephew with the help of a friend. The age of both the accused is around 20 years. Later, after a brief encounter with the police, accused nephew Meharban and his partner Omar have been arrested.
ASP Sanjeev Vajpayee told PTI that the dead body of 35 -year -old Farooq, resident of Dholakian of Kiratpur, was recovered from a wild area near Rampur Asha village on Monday. Since then, the police had started investigating the case. Initial investigation revealed that two people had brought him there on a motorcycle and shot him before running away.
FIRs were registered against Meherban and Omar after the complaint of the victim’s brother Naeem. On the basis of information, the police tried to stop both of them near Aman Colony late on Tuesday night. But he started firing, after which the police retaliated. In which the bullet was shot in the leg of Meherban and he was also caught with Omar.
The police have recovered two indigenous pistols, motorcycles used in crime and mobile phone of the deceased from the possession of both the accused. During interrogation, Meherban has confessed to having a relationship with his aunt Amreen for five years.
Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sanjeev Vajpayee said that when he came to know about the illicit relationship of his wife and nephew, Farooq started misbehaving with his wife. So they planned to kill him. Now further action is going on including interrogation of the deceased’s wife.
