After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, there has been a panic in Pakistan due to India’s sharp reaction and aggressive strategy. Fearful of India’s military preparation, Pakistan has given additional charge of National Security Advisor (NSA) to its intelligence agency ISI Chief Lieutenant General Mohammad Asim Malik.
According to the report of Pakistan’s newspaper The Express Tribune, this responsibility has been given to Aseem Malik as ‘additional charge’. A formal order of this appointment has also been issued. It is believed that Pakistan has taken this step in view of India’s decisive response. Please tell that Aseem Malik was appointed as ISI chief in September last year.
