Action on Pakistan! Indus water stopped, screws from FATF-EF, War situation?

Three measures of action are visible amid tension between India and Pakistan. One, a direct attack, which is less likely, the other is targeted attack on terrorists, and the third giving a strategic injury to Pakistan. India has stopped the Indus Water Agreement and is preparing to get a gray-list of Pakistan in the June meeting of FATF and question the funding in the IMF in May.
