All were staying in room number 109 of Hotel Sharanjeet in Charbagh Naka area of ​​Lucknow. Last night, in the same room, Arshad along with his father killed his mother and four sisters. At present, Arshad’s house in Agra is locked. Arshad’s neighbor Mohammad Islam said that the murderer is our neighbour. Arshad did not make friends with anyone in the locality. At the same time, neighbor Babu Masoom Khan said that Arshad had left from Agra 8-10 days ago saying that he was going to Ajmer. He used to work as a ferryman. He often used to quarrel and abuse with the people of the locality. He was very angry. It is possible that the murder may have been committed due to poverty. According to initial investigation, arrested murderer Arshad first went to Ajmer with his family and then brought them to Lucknow and stayed everyone in Hotel Sharanjeet. A total of seven members of the family were staying in room number 109 of this hotel since December 30. Where last night Arshad, along with his father, killed his mother Asma and four sisters Aaliya (9), Alshiya (19), Aqsa (16) and Rahmeen (18).
Arshad put a cloth over someone’s mouth and strangulated him with a dupatta and cut someone’s wrist with a blade. His father helped in this work. After committing the murder, he left his father at the railway station and himself informed the police about the incident. At the behest of the accused, the cutting blade and scarf used in the incident have been recovered.
