The central government has taken big decisions for the farmers on the first day of the year. The Cabinet has announced subsidy on fertilizer. A 50 kg bag of DAP fertilizer will now be available for Rs 1350. According to reports, a subsidy of Rs 3850 crore has been announced for the companies manufacturing DAP fertilizer. The allocation for crop insurance scheme has been increased to Rs 69 thousand 516. No penalty will be imposed for not paying crop insurance.

6 December: 85 central and 28 Navodaya Vidyalayas will be opened in the country. The Union Cabinet met in Delhi on Friday. In this, approval was given for the construction of 85 Kendriya Vidyalayas (KV), 28 Navodaya Vidyalayas (NV) and Rithala-Kundli corridor of Delhi Metro.

Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said- 85 new Kendriya Vidyalayas and 28 Navodaya Vidyalayas will be built in the country. Navodaya Vidyalayas will be built in those districts which were not yet included in the Navodaya Vidyalaya Scheme.

Vaishnav said- PM Shri School Scheme has been brought to implement the new education policy. All Kendriya Vidyalayas (KV) and Navodaya Vidyalayas have been designed as PM Shri Schools. So that they can be made model schools for other schools. Read the full news…

26 November: Union Cabinet’s decision – ‘One Nation One Subscription’ to students The PAN 2.0 project was approved in the Modi cabinet meeting on November 26. Union Minister Ashvi Vaishnav said that the government will spend Rs 1435 crore for this. The cards will be advanced without changing the existing PAN number.

Vaishnav had said that the new PAN cards will have QR code. For this, paperlane i.e. online process will be adopted. People will not need to spend separately for PAN with QR code. The data will be completely safe in the new PAN. Read the full news…

6 November: 75% credit approved on higher education loans The PM Vidyalakshmi scheme was approved in the November 6 meeting of the Modi cabinet. In this, the Government of India will give 75% credit guarantee on loans up to Rs 7.5 lakh for higher education.

Children from families with annual income of Rs 8 lakh will also be given 3% interest subsidy on loans up to Rs 10 lakh. Students with annual income up to Rs 4.5 lakh are already getting full interest subsidy. Read the full news…
