Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak has taken serious note of the violation of bond rules by 31 doctors posted in government hospitals of Uttar Pradesh. These doctors have been instructed to submit charge sheets for being absent without notice.
UP Deputy CM and Health Minister Brajesh Pathak has ordered the Principal Secretary to take appropriate action against these doctors who have violated the bond rules.

According to the bond, doctors have to give an agreement that they will remain present in the service during their postgraduate studies. A fine of up to Rs 1 crore can also be levied for its violation.

This step has been taken so that in future other doctors can also ensure that the rules are followed and the quality of government health services can be improved.
