The Ayodhya administration has started special preparations to accept Ramnavami festival in a grand way. On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Ramlala, crores of devotees coming to Ayodhya will be shifted from Saryu water through drones and more than two lakh lamps will be burnt on this occasion. Also, cultural programs will also be organized. Ramnavami will be celebrated on 6 April.
Ayodhya District Magistrate Chandra Vijay Singh said in a statement on Friday, ‘The sacred water of the Saryu river will be sprinkled on the devotees coming on Ram Navami. Drone will be used for this. Keeping in mind the deep faith of the devotees towards Maa Saryu, this has been considered which will be a unique confluence of technology and tradition.
‘Two lakh lamps will be burnt’
The UP government said in a statement that more than two lakh diyas will be burnt in Ayodhya. This Deepotsav will not only be a symbol of spirituality, but will also present a unique view for tourists. Apart from this, a heritage walk will be organized from Kanak Bhavan on the day of Ashtami, which will end in Ram Katha Park.
Various cultural programs will be organized in Ram Katha Park, which will include demonstrations like dance-music and drama. The administration said that they are expecting a large number of devotees to come and they have made arrangements according to the devotees.
‘Special arrangements will be made to avoid heat’
The DM said, ‘It will be our endeavor that the visiting devotees should not have any kind of inconvenience. Bhandara, drinking water, health camps and toilets have been provided at various places. Along with this, special arrangements have also been made to protect people from the heat, including the system of cold water.
‘Darshan period will be extended’
At the same time, the Ram Mandir Trust has also decided to extend the duration of darshan in view of the increasing number of devotees. Additional employees will be deployed for mob management in the temple premises.
He informed that apart from this, stalls will be set up in different parts of the city, where local dishes and other facilities will be available. Apart from this, other main attraction will be Saras Mela, in which handicrafts and traditional products across the country will be displayed. While the art of local artisans will be exhibited in the furniture fair.
‘Mat will be laid’
Earlier, the Uttar Pradesh government had said that for the convenience of devotees, mats will be laid from Shringar Ghat to gate number three of Ram Path and water will be sprayed regularly on them. Shady temporary camps will be set up on the banks of Dharma Path and drinking water facility will be made available at 243 places.
Please tell that a three -phase cleaning scheme has been implemented on major routes including Dharmapath, Rampath, Bhakti Path, Aarti Ghat, Chaudhary Charan Singh Ghat and Darshan Path.
