The death toll from the horrific earthquake in Myanmar on March 28 has increased to 2,056, while more than 3,900 people are injured and about 270 people are still missing. The ruling Junna government of Myanmar gave this information on Monday.

Myanmar was already in crisis due to the civil war, but now this earthquake is worsening the situation there. Many countries including India and international agencies like United Nations (UN) have sent help to provide relief to more than 23,000 people affected by this disaster.
