The Pakistani Army’s rescue operation of the Jafar Express train in Balochistan has been completed. The army claims that all 33 rebels of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) have been killed in this 24 -hour operation.
There were a total of 440 passengers in the train, out of which 21 were killed by BLA fighters while occupying the train. There were also four army personnel among them.
Pakistani Army spokesman Ahmed Sharif Chaudhary said that we have rescued a large number of people taken hostage including women and children. 212 passengers have been rescued from BLA’s clutches. The rebels have killed 21 hostages in this operation and all 33 rebels have been killed. Earlier, more than 150 hostages were released by the BLA.
How did Bla execute the attack?
The Jaffer Express from Quetta of Pakistan left for Peshawar at around 9 am on Tuesday morning. This train was to reach Sibbi at 1.30 pm. But Boln’s mashfaq tunnel was attacked. Where the train was passing, it is a mountainous area. There are 17 tunnels here, due to which the speed of the train had to be slowed, taking advantage of which the BLA blew up tunnel number-8 in the suggestion. Due to this, the train became disgusted and the train was hijacked.
This attack was carried out by BLA with complete planning. Bla’s fighters were already sitting ambush. For the attack, Bla prepared its deadliest fighters Majeed Brigade and Fateh.
The terrorists were divided into two groups due to the operation of the Pakistani army. The BLA rebels hijacked the Jafar Express train in the Mashkaf Tunnel. This tunnel is 157 km from Quetta. The area in which this tunnel is is a very inaccessible hill area, whose nearest station is Paharo Kunri. The hijacked train was standing at the Bolon Pass. This entire area is surrounded by hills and tunnels.
