A sensational theft incident has come to light in the Sadar police station area of Nagpur in Maharashtra on Tuesday afternoon. The thieves broke the glass of the car of a petrol pump owner named Faraj Siddiqui and stole a bag full of Rs 25 lakh. The incident took place in front of the Shri Ram Tower Complex, where the businessmen stayed for some time to meet a friend.

According to the information, between 2 to 3 pm, Parag Siddiqui came out of his business partner’s office with cash of 25 lakh rupees. During this time he was to meet a friend in Shri Ram Tower. Due to lack of space in the tower parking, he parked his car on the front side and went to meet the friend. After some time, when he returned, he saw that the middle glass of his car was broken and a bag full of cash kept inside was missing. He was surprised to see this and immediately went to the Sadar police station and lodged a complaint.

As soon as the information was received, the Sadar police reached the spot and started the investigation. Prima facie this case seems to be a planned. Police is trying to find out if the thieves were already chasing Faraj Siddiqui. CCTV footage around the police is being searched by the police, so that the thieves can be identified. At present, the police is investigating the case seriously and is assuring them to arrest the accused soon. After the incident, after the complaint of the petrol pump owner, a case of robbery has been registered in the Sadar police station of the city. The accused is being searched.
