New Delhi. The Test match being played between Australia and West Indies has been engulfed in controversies. On the second day of the match, there was a lot of ruckus about the decision of the third umpire. There were many decisions during the game, about which from former cricketer to social media users criticized. Third Umpire Adrian Holdstock on Thursday (June 26) made a fierce headlines between Australia and West Indies on the second day of the first Test, many of his controversial decisions turned the stand of the match in Kensington Oval, Barbados.

Australia scored 180 runs in the first innings while the hosts were all out for 190 runs. On the second day of the match, during the first innings of the West Indies, there were at least four decisions which created a storm on social media. The biggest controversy was Shai Hope’s catch by Alex Carrie. The right -handed batsman was given out for 48 runs when the Australian wicketkeeper celebrated catching a catch with his left hand.
