The cause of suicide is said to be financial constraints.
In Bagodara village of Ahmedabad district, 5 people of the same family committed suicide by drinking poisonous medicine on Saturday night. The dead include husband, wife and three of his young children.
The deceased have been identified as Vipul Vaghela (32), his wife Sonal (26), daughter Kareena alias Simran (11), son Mayur (8) and daughter Princi (5).
There were bodies of husband-wife on a bed and the three children on a bed.
Vipul Vaghela used to run auto Vipul Vaghela, the head of the family living in a rented house near Bagodara bus station, used to live the family by running an auto. No suicide note has been found from the house in primary investigation. Due to this, the reasons for suicide have not been revealed so far. However, the cause of suicide is said to be financial constraints.
All five ate poison at night On Saturday night, the five members had consumed poison at night, killing everyone. Neighbors suspected when no member came out of the house in the morning. All the deaths were detected on investigation. This caused panic throughout the area.

Bodies sent to civil hospital Landlord Vadbhai Amrabhai Bolia said- The family was staying with me for a month. We called the police in the morning. As soon as the information was received, a convoy of senior police officers including Ahmedabad Rural SP, Dhandhuka Division ASP, LCB PI, SOG PI and FSL officials also reached the spot. The bodies have been sent to the civil hospital for postmortem.
