6 People Buried under a landslide | 10 people buried in tons -money in Bharatpur, 4 killed: Pipeline excavation accident, all villagers residents of UP – Bharatpur News

During the laying of the pipeline of the Chambal project in Bharatpur, 10 people of the same family were buried due to the collapse of the soil. 3 women and a young man have died in the accident. At the same time, 2 people are seriously injured.

The accident occurred in Gahanuli police station area around 8.30 am on Sunday. Police officer Vijay Singh said- excavation is being done for the pipeline near Nagla in Jangi.

10 people from Fatehpur Sikri (UP) came to fill the soil from here. All are residents of Uttu village. The accident occurred while filling the soil.

Local people said that all people came from another village. Soon after the accident, 4 people themselves came out of the pit.

Got into a pit about 10 feet deep

According to the information, there is a excavation of about 10 feet on the site. All these people landed in this pit. Meanwhile, the tons fell on them with the soil.

The district administration and villagers who reached the information of the accident were taken out of 6 people buried in the soil. 3 of these people died on the spot. At the same time, a woman died in the hospital.

The deceased have been identified as favorable (22), Yogesh Kumari (25), Vinod Devi (55) and Vimala Devi (45). At the same time, Dinesh (38) son Nahar Singh and Jayashree (50) wife Vijendra are injured.

Police officials said that people trapped in the soil were taken out using JCB and other resources.

Treatment of 2 people still continues- District Collector

Collector Qamar-ul Zaman said that 6 people were rescued from the accident site. Out of these, 4 people were taken to the private hospital on the way.

Two were declared dead at RBM Hospital. According to the information received so far, a total of 4 people have died. Two are undergoing treatment.
