Australia Announced Playing XI for Sydney Test: The fifth and last Test match of the 5-match series between India and Australia will be played at the Sydney Cricket Ground from Friday. Australia announced its playing eleven for this test match a day in advance. The host team has made a major change in the playing eleven for the last test. By leaving out experienced all-rounder Mitchell Marsh from the team, Australia gave a chance to 31-year-old all-rounder Beau Webster who will make his international debut against India. Australian captain Pat Cummins has approved the debut of Beau Webster.
Beau Webster had got a place in the Australian Test squad even before the second Test match of the current series. Mitchell Marsh was injured in the first test match of the series played in Perth. After which Webster was added to the team by Australia as a precautionary measure, but later Marsh’s injury did not turn out to be very serious. After which Marsh kept getting chances in the series continuously. Despite this, Marsh could not show anything special with bat and ball. In this series he could score only 73 runs in 7 innings.

‘We want to start afresh’

In such a situation, it seemed that the time had come for us to start afresh. Beau Webster is with us. He performed brilliantly in the past few days. We know very well how much Mitchie brings to the team. But now the time has come to move forward.
