76th Republic Day In India 22 fighter aircraft Pralay missile 178 water warriors 10 big points

76th Republic Day: This year, a glimpse of 75 years of the Constitution will be seen in the Republic Day celebrations. Two special tableaux on the theme of 75 years of the Constitution have been included in the main program organized on the Path of Duty. This theme related to the Constitution will also be written on the hundreds of balloons that will be released at the end of the ceremony. The Republic Day Parade will start with Indian musical instruments.

10 big things about Republic Day

1. The Republic Day celebrations begin with a tribute ceremony at the National War Memorial, in which the Prime Minister lays a wreath. The Inner Guard of the Indian Air Force will include one sergeant and six officers of corporal and below. After the Republic Day Parade, Beating the Retreat ceremony will be organized at Vijay Chowk on 29 January. The Air Force Band consisting of 121 musicians will present memorable tunes here.

2. This year, for the first time, Pralay missile is being included in the Republic Day parade. Pralay is a modern and extremely deadly missile made in India. This missile has been developed by DRDO. It is a surface-to-surface ballistic missile. According to Union Defense Secretary RK Singh, special emphasis is being laid on Swadeshi in the parade on 26 January this year. The Republic Day parade will start after the flag hoisting ceremony on the duty path.

3. Some of the state-of-the-art defense systems including BrahMos, Pinaka and Akash will be a part of the 76th Republic Day celebrations on the duty path. Army’s combat surveillance system Sanjay and DRDO’s tactical surface-to-surface missile Pralay will be displayed in the parade for the first time.

4. 300 artists will open the parade on January 26 with a variety of Indian musical instruments. These artists will present Indian culture and music through ancient musical instruments of India. This time, there will be a total of 31 tableaux in the function organized on the Path of Duty on January 26, out of which 16 tableaux will be from different states and union territories. The national anthem will be sung by the artists of Jharkhand in front of the main salutation stage.

5. This time on the completion of 75 years of the Constitution, various competitions and activities have been organized. Events related to completion of 75 years of the Constitution have also been organized in the Republic Day celebrations. The main theme of the Republic Day celebrations is Golden India: Heritage and Development.

6. The Republic Day parade includes state-of-the-art weapons, missile systems, tanks, modern communication plants and special vehicles. These include Nag Missile System, T-90 Bhishma Tank, Sarath Tank, BrahMos Mobile Launcher, Chetak All Terrain Vehicle, Bajrang Light Specialist Vehicle, Agnibaan Multi Barrel Rocket Launcher will be seen on the duty path.

7. This year, 22 fighter aircraft, 11 transport aircraft and seven helicopters of the Indian Air Force will take part in the flypast on Republic Day. These aircraft will fly from 10 different bases of the Air Force. However, this year Tejas aircraft will not participate in the flypast. According to the Defense Secretary, indigenous and advanced light helicopters (ALH) are also not in this year’s flypast.

8. The first formation flag will be during the flypast of the Indian Air Force in the Republic Day celebrations. Apart from this, Ajay, Sutlej, Katar, Baz, Rakshak, Arjun, Varun, Netra and Bhim formations will also be formed in the sky by the fighter planes of the Air Force during the Republic Day celebrations. Indian Air Force said that 5 Jaguar aircraft will form arrow formation. Vajrang formation will be made with 6 Rafale fighter planes. Sukhoi fighter aircraft will form Trishul formation. Finally Rafale fighter planes will come for Vertical Charlie.

9. This year, the marching contingent of the Indian Air Force consists of four officers (one detachment commander and three additional officers) and 144 airmen. The detachment commander will be Squadron Leader Mahendra Singh, while Flight Lieutenant Damini Deshmukh, Flight Lieutenant Nepo Moirangthem, Abhinav Ghosh will be additional officers. The Air Force contingent will march in a 12 by 12 formation to the tunes played by the Indian Air Force Band. The band will play the Sound Barrier tune while the President crosses the stage.

10. 178 water warriors from across the country have been invited as special guests to attend the 76th Republic Day Parade here and meet Jal Shakti Minister CR Patil. These individuals have played a vital role in transforming their communities through Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM). JJM aims to provide clean and sustainable drinking water to every household.
