A 10 year old child has fallen into a borewell in Raghogarh of Guna district. The child is trapped at a depth of about 25 feet. As soon as the information was received, the police and administration team reached the spot and started the rescue operation. NDRF team has also been called from Bhopal.

The incident is of Saturday. Sumit Meena (10), father Dashrath Meena, resident of Pipalya village in Janjal area of ​​Raghogarh, had gone to his farm at around 4 pm. Fell in the borewell constructed there a year ago. When he was not seen for a long time, the family members searched for him. When I looked in the pit of the borewell, the child’s head was visible.
The villagers informed the police. As soon as the information was received, the police and administration team reached the village. Raghogarh SDM Vikas Kumar Anand reached the spot. SDERF has also been called. With the help of two JCBs, excavation has been started near the borewell. SDM himself is monitoring the rescue operation.
SDM told that the child’s head is visible in it. From this it is likely that the child has not gone down too far.
