The young man called his name Vijaypal. He hails from Sujangarh in Churu district. He has been detained by the police. Police is interrogating him.

I got up in the morning and reached Sujangarh railway station by bicycle. From there, he came to Jodhpur sitting in the train.
Police took his car Ratanada police station reached the spot on the information of the young man to reach outside the jail. Vijaypal said that if I am detected, he will go on hunger strike. Vijaypal said that he is ready to walk with him on foot. After this, the police took him in the car and took him.
Ratanada Thanadikari Dinesh Lakhawat said that Vijaypal has been detained. He is calling himself an ordinary man. Police is interrogating him.

The government has canceled their NGO foreign funding license. His NGO Hial and Students Educational and Cultural Movement of Ladakh (SECMOL) are accused of violation of foreign donations (FCRA).
CBI teams are camping in Ladakh.
In the case, Wangchuk said that about 10 days ago, the CBI team came to him with the order of the Home Ministry. It was said that both his institutions did not take necessary approval to get foreign donations. On this, Sonam says that her institutions do not depend on foreign donations. Both institutions provide free education to needy children. In Hial, students are also given a stipend to work on projects.
