In the Bengaluru stampede scandal, the Secretary and Treasurer of Karnataka State Cricket Association i.e. KSCA resigned. Secretary A Shankar and Treasurer ES Jairam have resigned from their posts citing “moral responsibility”. You know that the Victory Parade of Royal Challengers Benguluru came out the very next day after becoming IPL champion for the first time on the night of June 3. During this, there was a stampede in the Chinnaswamy Stadium. Where 11 innocent people died and more than 50 fans were injured.
