In a letter submitted to DGP Kailash Makwana, Bharti has written that he has been an MLA from Malviya Nagar in Delhi for 10 years. In the last election, Satish lost to Satish Upadhyay by a minor margin. He has registered a case of hiding information against Upadhyay in the High Court, which has said that Upadhyay has hidden information about a case against him in MP.
Sexual exploitation with female worker while co -incharge According to Bharti, Upadhyay sexually abused a female worker of the party at MP. In a letter written to the DGP, he said that the court has sought information about the allegations against Upadhyay and the case is to be heard on April 8, so they want to know which police station concerned is registered in.

Video released after meeting DGP AAP leader Somnath Bharti has also released a video after meeting the DGP during his stay in Bhopal, in which he says what steps the BJP, which talks about “trick, character and face”, will be seen to be seen. In this letter too, Bharti has repeated the same things which have been said in the letter written to the DGP. He has not mentioned detailed information about the case registered against Upadhyay.
