Fbi on cyber crime: The US Intelligence Department has made a big disclosure about the cybercrime on the social platform X on Thursday (6 February 2025). The FBI said that last week, the US Department of Justice, taking action on the major cyber crime conducted by Pakistan, has seized 39 cyber criminal websites and their servers under the international operation.
Was selling dangerous hacking tools
According to the US Department of Justice, Cyber criminal gang leader Sam Raza, who lives in Pakistan, was running these websites. Sam Raza is also known as Hartsander on Darkwaybe. It was selling dangerous hacking tools on online websites from 2020 and websites helping to cheat.
According to the US Department of Justice, the investigation of American officials has revealed that this gang has caused a loss of $ 3 million (about 25 crore rupees) in the US. Also, this Pakistani gang used to sell online fishing kits and scam pages, which were used for fraud. Not only this, in the investigation, it also came to light that Sam Raza, a resident of Pakistan, used to train cyber criminals.
Training was given to scammers
According to the US Department of Justice, Sam Raja used to teach scammers how to use his hacking tools and cheated people. Also, these tools were so dangerous that any security system and antivirus could dodge.
Pakistan’s cyber criminals used these tools to cheat companies and transfer their money to wrong account. Along with these tools, cyber criminals used to steal personal information of people and do big scams. Also, according to US officials, the Netherlands police also supported him in this operation.
