Terrorist Arrested in Andhra Pradesh: The Andhra Pradesh Police on Saturday (July 5, 2025) termed one of the two suspected terrorists arrested in Tamil Nadu as a big success. Andhra police said that the terrorist arrested is an expert in making bombs.
Regarding the arrest of the terrorist, Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Koya Praveen of the Kurnool range said that Abubakar Siddiqui taught to make bombs to those who supported his radical ideology. Apart from this, he is much more affected by fugitive and radical preacher Zakir Naik.

DIG Praveen said to PTI-language, “This person (Siddiqui) that we have caught is a bigger fish than our thinking. This Shakhya has traveled all over the country. He often traveled to Gulf countries. ” He said that recently Tamil Nadu’s Anti -Terrorism Squad (ATS) arrested Siddiqui and his partner Mohammad Ali from Raichoti in Annamayya district.
Praveen said, “Siddiqui is influenced by the ideology of fugitive Zakir Naik. He is a trained specialist who mastered preparing improvised explosive device (IED) and electronic equipment, timer -based explosive equipment and other extremely deadly materials.
Police seized several documents and pen drives in raids
The police searched both of their locations again on Saturday (July 5), but no explosives were found in the raid. However, the police managed to seize some documents and pen drives. Earlier, on July 3, the police deactivated the parcel bomb recovered from the accused.
Siddiqui was involved in planting bombs during Lal Krishna Advani’s chariot journey
The DIG said, “After settling in Raichoti, Siddiqui (50) carried out a bomb blast at the BJP’s Malleshwaram office in Bangalore. Apart from this, Siddiqui is also accused of alleging that he was also involved in the attempt to install pipe bombs during the Rath Yatra of senior BJP leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani in Madurai, Tamil Nadu in 2011. Has been involved.
