Another claim of Tejashwi Yadav dismissed! The name of the former IAS is not cut off from the voter list – Another Claim of Tejashwi Yadav Rejected Name of Former IAS Officer has not been deleted from Voter list ntc

In Bihar, the opposition is constantly raising questions about the flaws of the voter list. Tejashwi Yadav is constantly targeting the Election Commission on this issue. Meanwhile, the Election Commission has rejected another claim of Tejashwi Yadav. In fact, Tejashwi Yadav, while sharing the post of former IAS Vyas ji on Saturday, claimed that the name of the former officer and his wife is also missing from the voter list.

On this, the Election Commission has now made it clear that neither the name of the former officer nor his wife is cut. The Election Commission has clarified that the retired IAS officer Vyas ji and his wife’s name are included in the draft voter list published on 1 August 2025. This list has been released under the special intensive revision campaign, 2025.

Officer Vyas ji did this post

The former official wrote in a post, “According to the Election Commission, he has uploaded the draft of the voter list on his website. I have downloaded the eagerness to check myself and my Mrs. I and the alleged draft.

He further wrote, “Both of us are being asked to contact our blo when we took a photo of the necessary documents by filling our calculation form. When we are doing this condition of educated retired government employees, then what will be the situation of migrant laborers and less educated people? They will keep looking for their names?”

Commission gave this response when Tejashwi Yadav’s name disappeared

The Election Commission has reacted strongly to the claim of RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav disappearing from his name’s draft voter list. Describing it as “Basirpair’s charge”, the Commission said that Tejashwi Yadav’s name is clearly present on serial number 416 in the format voter list of Bihar.

Tejashwi had claimed on Saturday that his name is missing in the draft voter list published by the Election Commission as part of a special intensive revision campaign in Bihar before the assembly elections.

In the press conference, he connected his phone to a big screen and tried to find his EPIC number, on which the result of ‘no record found’ came. The RJD leader claimed that the booth level officer brought to his house with the calculation form did not give him any receipt. In retaliation, the Election Officer said that the net voter list is the foundation of any democracy.

The Election Commission said, “They should tell 47,506 booth-level agents of their party that if they feel that the name of a eligible voter has been missed or the name of a ineligible voter has been included, then they should file claims and objections.”
