On July 26, a passenger is being described as an army officer at the boarding gate of Spizate Flight SG-386 from Srinagar to Delhi. He attacked four staff in a fatal attack.

The accused officer refused to pay extra money. He then forcefully entered the Aerobridge without completing the boarding process. It was a violation of the security protocol.

When the staff tried to stop the accused, he started beating. Attacked the employee from a stand placed next to it. They also kicked and punched them. Some also suffered injuries in the jaws.
An employee of SpiceJet fell unconscious to the ground, but the passenger kept kicking the unconscious employee. While leaning down to help the unconscious employee, another employee started bleeding from his nose and mouth due to strong kicking on the jaw. The injured employees have been admitted to the hospital.
Letter was also sent to Ministry of Civil Aviation
The airline said that an FIR has been registered against the accused in the police. According to the civil aviation rules, the process of putting the passenger in the no-fly list has started.
SpiceJet has written a letter to the Ministry of Civil Aviation, giving information about the deadly attack on its employees and requested appropriate action against the passenger. The airline has also handed over the CCTV footage of the incident to the police from the airport officials.
