India won the silver medal at the 10m Air Pistol Team event at the Asian Shooting Championship held in the city of Shyamkant in Kazakhstan. Trio of Anmol Jain, Saurabh Chaudhary and Aditya Malra won the silver medal with 1735-52x points.
At the same time, the team of People’s Republic of China (Hu Kai, Changji U and Yifan Zhang) won the gold medal with 1744-51x points, while the Islamic Republic of Iran team won the bronze medal with 1733-62x points.
Priceless in singles ranked sixth In the men’s singles, Anmol Jain finished sixth in the final with 155.1 points. In the qualification round, he qualified for the final by finishing ninth with 580–17x points. 35 shooters are participating in seniors The Asian Shooting Championships consist of 35 shooters in the Indian Senior Squad, who are taking part for medals in 15 events. Manu Bhakar, who won two Olympic medals, is also a part of this party. Apart from this, 129 Indian junior shooters are also participating in this championship.

On the first day, Indian junior shooters won two gold and three silver medals. 17 -year -old Girish Gupta won the gold medal with 241.3 points at the men’s 10 meter air pistol youth event. In this event, 14 -year -old Dev Pratap won the silver medal with 238.6 points. In addition, Kapil Bansla won the gold medal at the junior men’s air pistol event. Youth and junior men teams also won silver medals.
The junior youth team won the silver medal in the 10 meter air pistol.
