A case of rape with a woman from Bihar has come to light in Bengaluru. The incident took place near KR Puram railway station at around 1.30 pm on Wednesday night. The 19 -year -old victim hails from Banka district of Bihar.

According to the recorded FIR, the girl wanted to return to Banka in Bihar. On April 1, he took a train from Ernakulam in Kerala. He called his brother living in Bengaluru. He asked to land at KRPuram station.
The girl said- ‘I reached there at around one o’clock on the night of 2 April. My brother came to pick me up. Both siblings were going to Mahadevpura to eat food.

After the rape, the victim shouted for help. Hearing his voice, people nearby gathered. Then the accused tried to escape. However, an accused was caught by the mob.
People started beating her, meanwhile the other accused ran away. But shortly after the police arrested him.
Both the accused are residents of Karnataka
Deputy Commissioner of Police Shivkumar said that, ‘On April 2, a woman and her brother were going to a hotel on the outskirts of the border of Mahadevpur police station on the outer ring road of Bengaluru. He was then attacked by two auto rickshaw drivers and allegedly raped the woman. The accused have been identified as Ashif and Syed Mushar. Both have been arrested by the police. Both are residents of Kaular in Karnataka.
According to the deputy commission, ‘Ashif raped the girl, while Syed assaulted her brother. Both the accused were caught within 15 minutes of the incident. A case has been registered at Mahadevpur police station and further investigation is on. The police have registered a case under sections 115 (2), 126 (2), 351 (2), 351 (3), 352, 64, 3 (5) of the Indian Code.
Mother said- daughter called and told, I am in police custody
The victim is a resident of Khesar police station area of ​​Phuli Doomar Block in Banka. It belongs to tribal society.
The victim’s mother said, ‘6 months ago my daughter went to Kerala in search of work with her 2 friends. On the way, both friends separated. Then a few days ago both returned to the village. My daughter was also preparing to return, when the incident happened on the way.
In the morning, the daughter called home and told that she is in police custody. After this the call was cut. Contact is not being made by calling again.
The villagers said- the victim’s disabled brother is in the village itself
At the same time, a villager says, the woman called a young man home. Then two more girls from the village were seduced and taken to Bangalore. Both of them returned to the girls, but the girl did not return. The mother is not aware who was two girls.
‘The girl told the Bangalore police that the young man with her is her brother. Both were beaten up, but the victim’s disabled brother is in the village itself. It is clear that the young man was not his brother.
