Australia’s opener Matthew Short was injured against Afghanistan in Lahore on Friday. Because of this, he may be out of the semi -finals, ICC Champions Trophy Semifinal. Smith said during the press conference that he was struggling.

Australia captain Steve Smith said after the match against Afghanistan was canceled due to rain, “He was struggling a little and may be very low to recover.” However, Smith did not name any player who replaced the short. But Jake Fraser-Mackgrack can replace him in the next match.
