The National Security Guard (Hub) of the National Security Guard (NSG) will now be built in Ayodhya, a religious and strategically sensitive city of Uttar Pradesh. This will be the first of UP and the sixth NSG hub in the country. For this, the district administration has given 8 acres of land in Ayodhya’s Cantonment area to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on a 99 -year lease. This decision is being considered an important step in the development of Ayodhya.
So far, the unit of NSG is only in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Gandhinagar. Now, with the formation of this unit in Ayodhya, immediate operation and deployment of security forces will be possible in emergency located in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and other parts of Purvanchal. This hub will be equipped with state-of-the-art weapons, anti-drain systems and technical surveillance. There will also be a system of firing range and routine training, so that commandos should always be ready to deal with every situation.
Ayodhya will remain under 24 hours surveillance
Since the construction of Ram temple, lakhs of devotees have started coming from the country and the world in Ayodhya, in such a situation, security has become the highest priority. The NSG hub will strengthen Ayodhya’s safety and monitoring system. NSG commandos will be deployed 24 hours, who will be able to take action immediately in any terrorist activity or high risk operation.

The NSG hub of Ayodhya will not be limited only to local operation, but from Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Prayagraj to Bihar, the operation will be carried out from here in any emergency, this will strengthen the presence of NSG in the entire area.
This NSG hub will not only make Ayodhya’s security a new strength, but can also prove to be a game changer in eastern Uttar Pradesh and surrounding areas towards quick response to terrorist threats or sensitive activities. Ayodhya is now being a spiritual city as well as a new model for the country in terms of security.
