Abdullah Azam Khan, son of Samajwadi Party senior leader Mohammad Azam Khan and former MLA, has got a big relief. The Rampur court has approved his bail plea. Abdullah Azam has been lodged in Hardoi jail for the last 17 months. His father Azam Khan is also in jail.
In fact, despite getting bail from the Supreme Court, his release was stuck in Rampur court due to another case related to enemy property. In this case, Rampur police had appealed to add two new sections, but the court rejected it.
Abdullah Azam Khan’s lawyer Zubeer Ahmed Khan informed that the judge of Rampur MP-MLA Special Court has sanctioned bail. Now the path of his release is cleared, and soon he can come out of jail.
