Many shocking revelations came out in the hearing on Swami Chaitananand Saraswati on Friday in Delhi’s Patiala House Court. Delhi Police told the court that the accused Baba has serious allegations of sexual exploitation. About 16 girl students of the institute have clearly stated during interrogation that they were sexually harassed. Not only this, the investigation also revealed that cameras were secretly installed in the bathroom of Girls Hostel.
According to the police, all these cameras were directly connected to Swami Chaitanyanand’s mobile phone. He used to watch the video as soon as the girl students went to the bathroom. He was mostly eyeing new and young girl students. First he would implicate him in his trap and then raped him. His close aide was also involved in this entire conspiracy. He captured the entire institute. His people were appointed to important positions.
During the hearing in the court, Swami Chaitanyanand Saraswati was sent to police custody for five days. However, the police demanded long detention. The police told the court that the accused was absconding for two months. He not only molested the evidence, but also threatened the complainants. Police say that it is very important to take him to many places including Delhi, Uttarakhand and Haryana for investigation.

The lawyer of the accused argued in the court that the statements of all 16 girls have already been recorded. The accused is not in contact with any victim. He said that the accused has no control over the property and what does the police want to get from him. The defense also said that all the electronic equipment and other items have already recovered, there is no need for custody.

The lawyer of rescue parasics further argued that the accused is a senior citizen, he has diabetes disease and still he is not being provided with proper medicines. He said, “They are a monk, their clothes are forcibly removed and they are being prevented from doing their practice.” To this, Delhi Police replied that only the recovery of electronic equipment is not enough. The accused has deleted many digital data.

Police say that important information like password can only be found in her interrogation. The police told the court that the custody of the accused is very important to understand the nature of digital messages and data delivery. The defense also said that the police already have footage of 40 CCTV cameras and they can find their evidence from him. The police shocked the court making a big disclosure.
